I’m the first woman in the world to earn a master’s degree in food science.

I’ve been working with food and cooking for a while now, and when I decided to go to culinary school I was already thinking about the future.
Now that I have a master degree in the field, I’m happy to start baking my own breads and sandwiches.
It makes me happy, and I also get to share my passion with other women.

I think my passion for bread baking is rooted in my love of baking, and the idea that a food can be created and shared through the art, love, and love of others.

One of my favorite ways to celebrate the birth of my daughter was by making a delicious bread with a special recipe for the first birthday of my grandchild.
