Here’s how:You will need a large mixing bowl, a spatula, a cookie cutter, a piece of plastic wrap, and a piece or two of parchment paper.
Use a piece that’s about 2 inches by 2 inches.
You will want to put about 1/4 teaspoon of salt in the mixing bowl.
This will make the egg roll easier to roll.
Next, put the cookie cutter on the side of the mixing board and put the dough into the mixing bag.
Fold over the top of the dough and then use the spatula to roll the dough out.
You will want about 3/4 of the paper in the middle of the bowl and 1/2 of the parchment paper in a triangle.
Now place the dough in the bowl with the cookie cutters and press the dough up to the top.
Make sure the edges are just slightly rounded.
You want to make sure the dough is even in texture.
Next roll the bowl down the middle to the sides and then up to cover the top with the dough.
You should be able to hold the dough just right in the air.
Repeat this process to cover and shape the egg rolls.
You can do this on a baking sheet or a cookie sheet.
When ready to bake, roll the eggrolls out and then bake them at 350 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes.
You may want to adjust the oven to 350 degrees.
If you have a stand mixer, add the eggs to the bowl after the dough has baked for about 30 seconds to get the best eggs on the outside of the egg.
You could also add a little more flour to the dough, but I find the consistency is the same.
Let them cool in the fridge for about 15 minutes before you take them out to eat.
