The Bakery cafe in Denver has finally opened.
The cafe, which was supposed to open last month, has been in the works for a few months and is being operated by a company called Baking Denver.
This week, the company received the go-ahead from the city.
Baking Denever was started by the husband and wife team of Shai and Kaitlyn Poulin, who live in Colorado Springs, Colo.
The Poulins bought the Bakery for $2.3 million in 2012.
Their dream was to bring the bakery experience to Denver.
The restaurant will be open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., on Fridays and Saturdays and from 8 a.me to 5 p.y.
It will be located in the former Stampede Room on the corner of 4th and Broadway.
They hope to have the cafe up and running in mid-April.
